Spa and Salon Etiquette
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our stylists, nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You will be charged 50% of the booked service price for appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice.
Arrival
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you may check in and fill out any required forms for your services. A late arrival will not translate to an extension of your scheduled services.
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate you for your service and you may need to reschedule. You may also be subject to a cancellation fee.
Cell Phones and Children
To provide the most relaxing environment for you and all our guests, we request that you do not use your cell phone in the spa or salon. Please silence your phone and refrain from making or taking calls during your visit. Children with appointments are welcome in the spa and salon when accompanied by an adult.
Tipping
We accept all credit cards as payment for services. Gratuities can be paid in cash or through Venmo or Zelle. We cannot add gratuities to credit cards.
