Returns + Refunds

Returns in our Madison Street Boutique

For in-store purchases, returns accepted within 30 days of purchase with receipt. Refunds will be made to your credit card within 7 days after purchase. After 7 days, refunds are given as store credit.

Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. It must also have tags attached. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If any item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.

Returns for Online Purchases

Items purchased online are eligible for a return within 30 days of when the tracking number says it was delivered to you. 

The following items are final sale and can not be returned to our boutique:

  • clearance items, mad rack, final sale, or any item with discounts of 30% or more

 Merchandise purchased online must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of when tracking number says it was delivered to you. Your card will be refunded for the amount paid for the item or items. 

  • The customer is responsible for any/all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that will provide you with a tracking number so that it is easier to monitor where your package as it travels back to us.
  • Please allow 3-7 business days for your return to be processed by us.
  • If you send back an item that is not eligible for return it will be the customers responsibility to pay a $6.95 return shipping charge to have it shipped back to them. We will hold non-eligible return items up to 14 days. If the return shipping is not paid within the 14 day time period then we will donate the item to a local charity.
